The theme for this weekend was 'Rituals'. The meal was held at the Melrose Institute Hall and the costumes were colourful and even elaborate. Everyone who dressed up had to describe their ritual.
The other ritual observed was 'Grace', and everyone was asked to share a short version of blessing the meal. We each said a grace of sorts, which added up to many, many blessings and as it turned out, the apricot chicken actually needed a lot of blessing.
